I have just put the 8.33 release on the FTP site:

The main feature of this release is that the JIT now supports all PCRE's
pattern items, including callouts and the backtracking verbs. There are
also a few other additions, some bugs have been fixed, and there are
some minor performance enhancements. As always, look at ChangeLog for a
list of changes.
