A permission problem would happen everytime, not after 3 hours running
without fail.
The inode hint wasn't bad. If the quota isn't full and no tempfile
eating the diskspace, a low running inode problem could be the reason.
It has to be something, that fills up with time. Diagnosing that from
remote isn't easy, i would like to see it happen in real.
BTW: yesterday i had a similiar nasty problems with open files limit for
a process. worked for a year and then a user added a new resource.
Result: service offline.
