Hello,

I maintain http://www.pcre.org/ which is just a very thin web page that
introduces the project, and then links to the various PCRE documentation
pages that are in the source distribution. I typically update it within
a few days of when a new release goes out, but otherwise, it changes
very rarely.

This was a volunteer effort that wasn't started by Philip; I started it
just because I felt that any important open source library should have
an introductory page that you can get to by going to a search engine and
typing in its name. In this aspect, I think the effort succeeded.

In any case, if the Wiki devolves into a set of static pages (and I
agree it seems like there is very little demand for community-editable
PCRE documentation), I'm happy to help either put those pages up on
www.pcre.org, or give up www.pcre.org and redirect it to the new home.
Please let me know how I can help!

Humbly,

Andrew
