[exim] Custom logging

Hello,

I'd like log some stuff in a separate logfile, not mixed with mainlog or
rejectlog. Is this possible? I only found logging to these both files
and syslog.

I know that exim could log into just any file or execute system calls,
but I would have to deal with locking race conditions then.
