[exim] Macro expansion with "file_expand" in autoreply trans…

I have an autoreply transport which includes a file with

    file = <filename>
    file_expand
Is it possible to have macros expanded in this included file?

I tried it without success. I guess not because of security concerns but
I might be wrong or I miss something.
