That is right, dk was leftoff years ago. But I consistenly proof that still
lots of ISP still use it.

This doesn't really help you at all, but I'm just wondering what the
benefit of using DKIM and DomainKeys is? DK was deprecated in 2007 in
favour of DKIM.
