We need better indexing facilities in the markup and/or XML that the
Exim docs use, I think, to support that. You may have noticed
that the existing "variable index" links don't actually point to
the definition of each, only to the top of the "string expansions" page
(as one mention among several of a variable).
Yes, it would be nice. Any XML experts want to step up?
