Maybe. But WinPoo is so 'biquitous that most MUA have long-since been
equipped to deal with all that automagically and the Luser is not even
aware it has happened.
So long as Exim mungeth nada and transfers transparently, it is being
'righteous'.
Doing otherwise looks to make a problem where there is none.
