Chrome shows a shortened version of a URL for me when I hover over a
link for about a second (excluding the hash tag and shortening other
parts of the path). Then it expands it to the full URL. I don't know why
it does this, but I'm assuming it's a feature.

As per my other email, I was mistaken about having write access. If you
can include my current patch, I will fork the Exim repo on github and
just do pull requests in future.
