The filter documentation was left with a version number of 4.80 on release.
This subtly
broke some aspects of the website generation, meaning our main links to the
filter docs
were broken.

I have fixed this by editing the XML in the website repository, but it leaves
the main
release set still broken, with possible knock on effects for the other
documentation
types.

Suggest we need to:-
  - have a version number check in the release process
  - this is also easy to check in the release script, so we should
     automate this check and bail our if the release script sees a
     mismatch between the version it is building and the *.xfpt files.
