Can you answer a few questions? Questions to a real world user:
1. IP addresses only, or hostnames ok too?
2. What happens if DNS goes away?
3. What happens if something accepts connection, but nothing happens (expect
timeout to kick in)
4. What happens if all scanners go away (expect to tempfail incoming mail)

Any other corner cases that have popped up that you can warn us about so that
we can add it to documentation as part of the commit?
