I noticed that `make configure` complained:
Missing CFLAGS_DYNAMIC inhibits building dynamic module lookup
although Makefile-Linux sets it. I think the patch below is a plausible
fix; have I overlooked any subtlety?

Subject: [PATCH] lookups-Makefile: accept ?= operator when checking for CFLAGS_DYNAMIC
Makefile-Linux sets CFLAGS_DYNAMIC using ?= so the lookups-Makefile
configuration script needs to understand it.
