The value, if used, of the AUTH parameter to the SMTP MAIL command could be
logged in the standard <= and => lines.

Probably the existing A= log line component should be extended, becoming
"A=authenticator_name:authenticated_id:authenticated_sender".

Possibly a new log_selector is needed, to enable the feature.
