+1 ! Make them pay with a little time, but if they are a legit mail
server, it will eventually come through. To the original poster, make
sure and log _why_ someone is being delayed (i.e. they have no reverse
dns). That way if they ask, you can tell them a quick way to fix
their email getting delayed (have their ISP fix/set reverse dns to
_something_ reasonable).
