I have cleaned up the signed/unsigned warnings in all the sources except for
pcre_jit_compile.c. I did it mostly by redefining variables as unsigned rather
than just blindly put in casts. The warnings in pcre_jit_compile.c happen only
in 8-bit and 32-bit modes.
