There's no particularly convenient way of doing what you want
(verifying if abuse@$sender_address_domain exists). You could
raise a wishlist item at http://bugs.exim.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Exim

Does the method mentioned in http://bugs.exim.org/show_bug.cgi?id=251
work for you, modified for your case?
