For those using RFC-Ignorant.org in your Exim configurations, you should
read a post from Derek Balling, its founder, announcing its shutdown:

Note that the schedule is fairly aggressive, as DNSxL shutdowns go. In
any case, the last day of this month is when all entries will be
whitelisted, end of next month is when the NS resolvers will point to
localhost, and end of November is when the zone will disappear.
(The mail is not PGP/SMIME-signed, but the Received: header path
suggests that it came via Google and that the account-holder
successfully verified Derek's address as an alternate. Unless there
has been a compromise of the megacity.org machine.)
