I think we should seriously consider pulling in the logging of the received
8BITMIME status, so that if there is message corruption when talking to a 7bit
server, the Exim server can be identified as the accessory to the crime. (The
perpetrator being the 7bit server).
That just needs the body_8bitmime var (and setting) from smtp_in.c and the
receive.c logging and the LX_8bitmime definition from macros.h -- no need for
the WITH_8BITMIME guard, we should be *able* to log this anyway.
