Add this to your exim.conf:

log_selector = +smtp_confirmation

Your log lines will change from this:
2012-07-01 19:05:12 1SlPSH-0007Vj-DB => OBFUSCATED@???
R=dnslookup_iv_hosts T=remote_smtp_iv_hosts
