Have you tried this with the latest release (8.30)?
8.12 is quite old now (over a year); since then there have been four
other releases: 8.13, 8.20, 8.21, and 8.30. Various bugs have been fixed
along the way.
When I get round to it, I will try to reproduce this with 8.30 (on
Linux, where I develop), but if you can test it yourself it will save me
a bit of work.
