    PRINTF_FUNCTION -> ALMOST_PRINTF.


    WANT_DEEPER_PRINTF_CHECKS guards ALMOST_PRINTF being PRINTF_FUNCTION.
    Fix some actual issues exposed when I cut down on the spam.
