[exim-dev] seeking bugzilla component owners

Nigel is still the default victim for new bugzilla bugs for most
components.

I've claimed the ones for which I think I am most on the hook, because
I've messed about the most there. Before I claim any more, does anyone
want to be made default victim for any of the remaining categories?

If we can reduce the volume of mail going to nigel@??? then he
might be less intimidated every time he looks at that mail folder. ;)
