I took that text, and went over it adjusting for stuff that wasn't obvious to
me, as someone who doesn't use DCC.
We appear to have an unused configuration option, "dccifd_options". It's
accepted and parsed, but isn't actually used anywhere in the DCC code. Should
it be?
(Found as part of a sweep for stuff not mentioned).
