This is actually great news. I think it means that if our php developers would
integrate PCRE differently, using heap, they could specify the memory limit
based on the php memory limit from php.ini. If they would do so (or I would
join them in order to do so), we would get rid of the segfaulting and get
regular php errors (memory limit exhausted etc.).
