We discussed this bug with Philip, and decided to postpone it to the 8.32 as it
is a rather complex issue. Not just generating tables, but it affects
optimizations (auto-possession for example), caseless UTF backreferences and
several other places, so breaking things are likely. We want 8.31 as a safe
release after fixing all issues reported for 8.30 with minor improvements.
