Use gsskrb5_register_acceptor_identity
Drop the OID and pseudo-standard GSSAPI extension mechanism.
Found Heimdal-specific API call I needed, works great.
gsskrb5_register_acceptor_identity(filename)
Separately: add various debug statements.
