[pcre-dev] pcretest.exe 8.21

Hello everyone,

Would one of you be willing to share version 8.21 of a pcretest.exe?
Or know where to find the latest compiled version in general?
I don't have a compiler.
At the moment I have 8.0 and would love to use 8.21.
