If you want us to try to fix this problem, please send more details.
Just saying "there is a bug" does not give enough information for us to
investigate. I don't know anything about the vbulletin forum or what
software it uses or how it calls PCRE. We need to know what pattern
(regex) is being used, with what PCRE options, and against what subject
string, so that tests can be run on the library to investigate the
issue.
