For those who are interested in the 16 bit support. Now the JIT tests are
working with uchar16/UTF16 enabled
The branch is here:
svn co svn://vcs.exim.org/pcre/code/branches/pcre16 pcre16
It is only tested with:
--enable-pcre16 --enable-unicode-properties --enable-jit
This enables everything (8, 16 bit libraries, UTF8/UTF16 support with UCP and
JIT)
pcre_jit_test now compares everything (8/16 bit characters and
interpreter/jit).
I think there is still a lot of work ahead, but now we have something at least.
Philip will join after the 8.21 is released, and hopefully that will accelerate
the development.
