"demime" has been deprecated in favour of the MIME acl since 2004-12-16.
I would strongly suggest that the message your exim instance is choking on is a
MIME bomb, recursing into itself.
Stop Exim, then simply remove the message using "exim -Mrm <msgid>".
Consider amending your configuration to use the MIME ACL instead of the old
demime.
