[exim] TLS and separate chainfile

According to paragraph 39.12 of the docs. The file mentioned by
tls_certificate can contain multiple certificates to form a chain. I don't
want to put the chain and my own certificate in a single file though.

Is there a way to separately specify the chainfile (like Apache's
SSLCertificateChainFile for example)?
