Never mind on this. I didn't dig far enough. I changed the two submissions
in the acl_smtp_rcpt to:
accept hosts = +relay_from_hosts
control = submission/domain=
control = dkim_disable_verify
accept authenticated = *
control = submission/domain=
control = dkim_disable_verify
Now, everything works as expected.
