Where you had:
warn message = Test2
condition = ${if match_address{${address:$rh_From:}}{${address:$rh_To:}}}
instead, please use:
warn message = Test2
condition = ${if eqi{${address:$rh_From:}}{${address:$rh_To:}}}
You want to test two strings for equality, you do not want to be letting people
inject SQL into your running config.
