Rebuilt with loadable modules disabled (they weren't installed for the
test anyway), adding sqlite and whoson to the set of lookups available.
Whoson has no tests.
sqlite tests passed, after I adjusted patchexim once more to deal with
the -XX in the version number.
Removing loadable modules did not fix this problem of failing to find
the lsearch lookup type.
