Surely all that's required is to ensure that the PRVS tag is the same for all
delivery attempts of a given email? Then it'll correctly be viewed as a resend
rather than a new message, and will be allowed? And the sending host will be
marked as a 'known resender' and no mail from that {IP, HELO} will be
greylisted again?
