My concrete suggestion:
Change the sentence "You probably want to make the same change to the localuser
router." to read:
"This router is not able to verify suffixed addresses, so you will need to make
the same change to the localuser router if you do this."
That way, it is clear that the change to the localuser router is necessary, not
optional, so that the addresses can be verified.
