A simple answer is:
accept authenticated = *
control = submission/domain=
(with nothing after "domain=").
But nowadays passwords are routinely stolen with Windows malware
or phished out of users. So you need protection from
using compromised accounts to send spam,
or you'll find your servers in blacklists.
