lmtp transport honours smtp_confirmation log_selector

There is already bug #818 talking about removing the lmtp (to socket) transport
at all in favor of an improved smtp transport which would fix this issue, too.

Meanwhile I at least patched the current lmtp transport to support the
smtp_confirmation log_selector since "C=..." is the most important stuff to
track a mail through the maillogs. It's painfull to miss it when using unix
socket lmtp transport.

I don't know if this patch is much appreciated since it allows deliver.c to log
whatever addr->message contains not only on remote delivery.
