Summary: remote_smtp reuse when should not be
           Product: Exim
           Version: 4.76
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: bug
          Priority: high
         Component: Transports
        AssignedTo: pdp@???
        ReportedBy: pdp@???
                CC: exim-dev@???

Per exim-users report from Matt Justin (a cPanel user) and Dean Brooks, we are
re-using smtp connections based on matching transport name and hostname, but
not checking interface.

This results in mails going out from the wrong source IP, which breaks SPF etc.

Make the check handle interface differing. Also, double-check how this affects
dkim_domain and possibly split on that too. Probably safe to ignore helo_data
for now.
