You are correct, the line indicates the recipient not the sender - Sorry.

exinext unfortunately isn't much use. The issue is not a persistent
issue and thus by the time I get to the server to run it there is no
useful output. This morning it simply tells me no remote hosts/retry
data found because they haven't received any email yet. I think it is
important to make clear that these messages do not sit on the queue for
any length of time and no other messages to these recipients are sitting
in the queue - they are all being delivered when they are received.

Other messages to invalid or down hosts do queue without issue.

The full exim log from the instance above is as follows (note that this
one is a forward but the other two similar failures were not):

recipient1@??? successfully received mail at 13:09:02 and 13:41:18
recipient2@??? successfully received mail at 13:01:10 and 14:17:03

Whilst I have been typing this message, another failure has just
occurred - unfortunately a successfully message went through to both
recipients within 3 minutes before I was able to run exinext so it still
says no remote hosts/retry data found. Interestingly, this particular
message had a third recipient, a hotmail address and the message was
successfully delivered to the Hotmail address.
