The main argument against SPF is that there can be false positives when
sending an email to an address which uses email forwarding, where the
forwarding service doesn't rewrite the sender envelope, and where the
service being forwarded to does strict SPF checks.
This isn't as big a problem as it's made out to be. I've been using
"-all" on my own personal mail for years now without noticing any problems.
