In this case, a friend of mine has reported success with a rented
VPN-Tunnel. It's a nice workaround for paranoid people who are
connected via ADSL or similar means and want to run their mailserver at
home :^)

I'm sure you can find many other providers for this service, but he told
me he is a vollmar customer.
