[exim-dev] Exim 5 wishlist

Numbers should be 64-bit minimum. Mainly
because I want better precision for timestamps than one
second; I can easily code up a $tod_epoch_l with
microsecond precision, but all the numeric operators
are "int" size - 32b on my x86_64 systems.
