Just for the record, web.de and hosteurope.com both seem to use Exim according
to various SMTP messsages, they just don't announce "Exim" in the greeting
banner.
Thus your numbers clearly show that Exims without accept_8bitmime are the major
source of false need for 8->7bit downconversion on the internet today.
