improved patch (still no conversion)
Two tiny improvements:
*) I moved some code a bit to make life easier if DSN patch is applied, too.
*) That breaks some coding style rules like sorting of command line options
and can be fixed before the code gets applied finally.
*) -MCM command line option used by transport_pass_socket to keep state of
smtp_use_8bitmime on continuation.
I've patched our exim already and will report numbers as soon as I've a full
day logfile.
