[exim] duplicate delivery removal

Hi all,

Let the aliases file:
[...]
team: manager, guy1, guy2, guy3
[...]

When someone send an email to
[...]
To: manager
Cc: team
[...]

Then "manager" gets the email twice.
That is a problem (in our use case point of view).

Postfix evangelists solve the problem with
"enable_original_recipient = no"

I use Exim, and dont want to switch.
What configuration would suppress that dupplication?
