Summary: exim-html tarball missing css, png's, and js
           Product: Exim
           Version: 4.76
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: work:small
          Severity: bug
          Priority: low
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: nigel@???
        ReportedBy: tlyons@???
                CC: exim-dev@???

When you extract the exim-html tarball, the html pages reference css in
locations such as:
../../../../common.css
../../../../doc/index.css

and image files such as:
../../../../doc/plus-12x12.png
../../../../doc/minus-12x12.png

and javascript files such as:
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4/jquery.min.js
../../../../common.js
../../../../doc/index.js

Would it be possible to:
1) include these external files in the tarball
-- and if yes, then --
2) adjust the paths to something inside the tarball

In my personal case, I usually just have a ~/app_notes/exim/spec_html with the
most current version of the docs, and I frequently access it offline (hence
accessing jquery via google will not work in that case). Really I just want
the spec_html, but if I have to do the whole tree (4 levels deep), that's a
small price to pay.
