In the context of DKIM, VBR means "Vouch By Reference", RFC 5518, aka
"pay someone else to vouch for how good you are".

So this just means that, for whatever "certification" organisations
altn.com is using when assessing via VBR, you haven't paid one of them
to be included.

I wouldn't worry about it.
