On Solaris 10 (x86) when LOOKUP_LDAP=yes and LDAP_LIB_TYPE=SOLARIS are set in
Local/Makefile then the compilation fails at link time with the following
error:

gcc -g  -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -o exim
Undefined                       first referenced
 symbol                             in file
ldap_start_tls_s                    lookups/lookups.a(ldap.o)
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to exim
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
