On the box which isn't playing ball, do this:

exim -d -bt officesite.officeinsight-confirm@???

...because that's the address Exim cannot handle.

If free-conversant.com is a "local" domain to this instance, you need to
ensure that addresses within the domain can verify, which will need a
suitably positioned router to handle them.
